Ok, I have just come to terms that I am a alcoholic !. I fit right in there with most of the symptoms and such !. My question is , is how in the hell do I go about asking for help and such!? How in the hell do I tell my wife !? This is a first for me so any "real" answers are greatly appreciated !Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know that you are worried about everyone "finding out!." Guess what!? They already know!. People in AA have a big laugh about thinking that they had the world fooled when everyone only saw what a fool we were!. Go to AA they are a great bunch!. If you don't like the first meeting go back anyway!. Try different meeting locations!. Buy the book!. Tell your wife that you have a problem and you need help!. I applaud you for admitting you have a problem!. Not all drunks are living under a bridge and you don't have to get to that point to reach your bottom!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
There is a program you can join for free called alcoholics anonymous!. They help you deal with not drinking by giving you ways to stop yourself from drinking!. As far as your Wife!?!? you might be pleasantly surprised she just might be proud of you for admitting it!. If not there is also a program called allenon it is for friends and family of alcoholics that need to understand why people are alcoholics and why they drink!. Congrats on being honest and seeing that you do have a problem!. Being honest with your wife is the best thing to do and then you start going to AA meetings, and maybe your wife can attend Al-anon meetings to help you in your recovery!. 1st thing is you need to want to stop!.!.!.then start with therapy etc!. my brother died a horrible death as an alcoholic!.!.!.i never was so happy to see him die!.!.!.!.he looked 80 and was only 48!.!.!.i think your wife probably already knows!.!.!.get help for your families sake!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
