Answers:
you know i have given it a thought or two!. but i keep in mind the last time i came off my medications!. i tried to commit suicide 3 times within an 8 month period!. i am not saying that the blame lies solely with me not being on my meds, but it played a big role!.

i just get so tired of taking so many meds each and everyday!. i wounder if i could be someone better, more alert, more focused without my meds!. if i ever do decide to come off of them, this time i will do it with the help and support of my pdoc!. i'm not doing it cold turkey like i did before!. in my heart i know deep down i will be on meds the rest of my life!. but i do have hope that one day i will be able to live a life without the help of medications!. will that day ever come!.!.!.who knows!?

this was a good question!.!.!.made me think of what life could be like medication free!.

glad to hear you coming off zoloft went well for you! i wish you all the best!. take care!.

There is a paradox that people on anti-depressants find themselves in all the time, they go on them and becaseu the meds do work, they feel better and decide to come off, not realizing that it was the meds that got them there!.!.!.mentl illness ios not like a virus or flu that can go away, they are chronic conditions like diabetes and people need to continue their medication until a doctor decides to take them off, if that is what they decide!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've been on Wellbutrin for ADHD as well as depression for a year and a half!. I went off it when my bag got lost on a trip (medicine inside)!. I felt just fine after a few days and didn't resume!. But then at about week 2, things started going downhill!. I went back on, felt better and will take the things the rest of my life if that's what is needed!.
I don't really like needing daily medication, but I just try to think of it as help for an illness like any other health problem people would have!.
Congrats on kicking Zoloft to the curb, I hope you continue to feel well!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
