Question: I am sleep deprieved help me get to sleep!?
I am so tired of not getting enough sleep what are some drug free tips that can help me!. I try to go to sleep for three hours and only sleep for 5 help me out!.
When I feel like I am gonna go to sleep I all of a sudden wake up again and it is just a cycle!.

Try reading, if your eyes get tired it may help you sleep!. It's worked for me in the past!. I now take a over the counter sleep-aid!. There not real strong and don't make you foggy in the morning!. You can also try exercising before bed!.

Uhm, My parents recently went through a divorce and afterward I like!.!. started not sleeping, kinda like what you said is going on with you!.
So I went to a psychiatrist, She told me that I could either clear my head (which becomes impossible) or take some pills!.!.
So if clearing your head doesn't work then you might have a sleeping disorder so talk to a doctor about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

have u heard of the herbal sleeping pills niteall or u could try calms guess u have tried the no caffine/alchol thing!? read,,,,, dark room mellow music!?
