Why do i keep feeling the room shaking?!
Question: Why do i keep feeling the room shaking!?
the last earthquake that happened in the UK was i think in February or something!.!.anyway before the earthquake i was asking my self 'shall i say my prayer before i go to sleep or shall i carry on listening to music!.!.!.i'll carry on listening to music'
then i thought 'what if i die!.!.nah i won't die!.!.' then in the same second the earthquake happened!.!.!.
i started crying a lot and couldnt sleep after that!.!.and now since then i keep on feeling that the room is shaking like it did on that day!.!.!.!.
this happens every night, what shall i do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like you are now afraid that you not doing something causes earthquakes, so you relive it!. It's a mild form of post-trauma!. Forgive yourself for not praying and get to where you can accept that your non-action had nothing to do with the earthquake!.

You need to realise that it is in your head and face the fear!. If it is really disturbing you then you might have to see your GP!.
