Depression symptoms only sometimes?!


Question: Depression symptoms only sometimes!?
I think I might be depressed!. Tired, things just don't make me happy (shopping), not excited, cry almost every night for almost no reason, just negative, moody, irritable etc!.!.!. Now my question is sometimes I wake up in the morning and am fine but then say for example at lunch I all of a sudden without any reason feel like this again!. Then a whole day I will be fine and the the nwhole next day is shot!. Is this normal for depression!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You sound to to be in your early teens!.
What your suffering from is because your body is still going through changes and there are so many things that you are learning that are new to you that it can at times be overwhelming at times!.Compound this with other difficultys
such as poverty,relationship problems,nostalgia and social pressures and you may wind up with a much deeper depression sometimes to the point of suicide or antisocial

You need to go and speak to your Doctor!. Some days I'm ok others I feel really low!. There are days where you are ok in the morning, then suddenly you feel really depressed!.
One thing that is really good is exercise, also make sure you go out everyday and do stuff you enjoy!.
