Emotionaly numb?!

Question: Emotionaly numb!?
I've got no clue about this, but I realized that I don't know how to express my emotions!. I've bottled them up forever and now my emotions are so numb I don't completely understand what I feel!. When I like someone it turns to I LOVE them and I know I don't but something tells me I do!. When I'm a little mad it goes from "sure, whatever" to "Oh My God, go away before I raise hell"!. I've never really talked with someone in a deep conversation about these things and I don't think I ever will!. My friends and family don't realize it but I'm depressed and sad all the time, but they don't notice because I cover up my feelings and don't know what to do with them so I bottle them up!. I've tried to tell myself I'll grow out of it but I can bearly take it!. It's eating me inside out!. Can anyone help me out on this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I feel the same way, especially the part where no one knows how you are really feeling!. I really suggest you see a therapist!. I am sure that there is at least one at school!. Talking to someone you don't know who will keep everything confidential will really help you!. Good Luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe you can make up some other excuse to see your doctor so your mom will take you!. You could tell your mom you are having stomach aches or something and want to have the doctor check it out!. My mom laughed at me too when I told her I needed to go to the doctor for emotional problems!. I was so depressed that I tried to block out all feelings!. When I talked to the doctor, he helped me start to take medication and to find a counselor!. Don't give up even if your mom laughs at you!. It will be worth it for you to talk to someone!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've felt like this before, but I do find it very helpful to speak to somebody about it, who you think could be feeling the same thing, because you're definitely not alone!.

All I did was talk to somebody on msn, so if you think there's anybody who might understand you, then tell them!. It should be a girl who you speak to, and make sure that you ease into it, not just yelling out how you feel to her!. Whoever, you speak to, it is most likely that they will be able to relate to you and your problemWww@Answer-Health@Com

your just an emotional guy!Www@Answer-Health@Com

-You seem to thinking in terms of black and white!. Either something is all good or all bad!.

-Being emotionally numb is call Anhedonia and that can be caused by depression!.

-You aren't telling anyone what's going on inside your head maybe because you know the things that are happening aren't rational!.

My first guess, and I do mean guess, would be borderline personality disorder!. Mostly because you are doing the exact same thing my ex-girl friend is still doing!. But then again I could be completely wrong!.

This could be caused by any number of things!. Depression, a mood disorder, stress, hormonal changes, a cluster B personality disorder, diet, allergy, or any odd or complex combination!.

If you absolutely insist on not talking to anyone about it get on wikipedia and start reading about all this stuff!. But it's bothering you enough to post a question on here I really think you should go talk to someone!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
