Does sleep and anxiety.....?!


Question: Does sleep and anxiety!.!.!.!.!.!?
when a person is very anxious and just so exhausted mentally!.!.!.depressed and ocd symptoms!.!.!.does sleep help those things go away!.!.!.i know they don't just go away completely but when a person is tired do the symptoms seem to be really major!?
lately all i want to do is sleep and don't care about anything!. i feel like when im up mentally im working so hard!. im thinking about what if's and just im so tired of it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes,not sleeping can make symptoms worse!.My mom has depression and anxiety,and when she doesn't get enough sleep,or something really stressful is going on,her symptoms get worse!.She is almost unbearable to be around!.plenty of sleep won't cure anything,but it does make the symptoms more manageable!.I would urge you to try and get enough rest,maybe go to bed a little earlier,try some stress management,maybe yoga!.!.!.very good for stress!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sleep deprivation can cause anxiety!. That can lead to an inability to sleep well!. Anxiety can also make it difficult to sleep!. So having either can cause or aggravate the other!. Wanting to sleep a lot is also a symptom of depression!. There are good medications for OCD and for depression!. I don't function nearly as well without an antidepressant!. Without it, I cry easily!. It is very embarrassing!. I take a small dose of a generic antidepressant that is very affordable and it makes my life much more liveable!. See a doctor for your own sake!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I find sleep great to calm the symptoms of anxiety!. I know when i've been deprived of sleep i get really agitated and jumpy but eventually it all comes to ahead and i have a few night's of good sleep which calms it all down!. Do some research into relaxation techniques and mindfulness!. Sometimes i just have to take a nytol if my anxiety includes intrusive thoughts and it's okay to do that every now and then if it helps to get a good night sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think sleep is the best medicine when you are exhausted mentally and emotionally!. Get as much sleep as you possibly can - you'll feel so much better afterwards!. You will feel as though you will be able to cope with whatever is in your life at the moment!. You body is telling you to sleep - go for it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it sounds like you might be depressed!. people that are depressed sleep allot!. i would say talk to a doctor are a counselor of some sort!. BTW!.!.!.!.there is nothing wrong with being depressed it happens to a lot of people and if it handled correctly it is something that is totally treatable!. good luck and keep your head up! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have anxiety, depression & ocd!.

When I have had a rough day, sleep is just a great way for me to escape and start fresh the next time I get up!. You should see a doctor to figure out whats wrong!. Maybe counseling or medicine can help you out from feeling like this!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
