It depends!.!.!. perhaps you just have too much adrenaline, or many other things!. It could be ADD, ADHD, etc!. But if there are no symptoms of it, you may just be used to it and have too much energy that you need to burn off!. Most people use this technique while they're eating to burn off the food they eat!. For you it may just be that you're not tired enough during the day, try to get yourself more tired so you don't have so much energy!. You could try working out first thing in the morning, not drink coffee, anything that reduces your energy level!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Probably you suffer from Generalized Anxiety Disorder if you have the these feelings:
-Difficulty concentrating
-Fatigue
-Restlessness
-Irritability
-Sleep problems
Daily life becomes a constant state of worry, fear and dread!. Eventually, the anxiety so dominates the person's thinking that it interferes with daily functioning, including work, school, social activities and relationships!.
Suffering from constant (or non-stop) worries and anxieties, people with generalized anxiety disorder may have low self-esteem or feel insecure because they see people's intentions or events in negative, intimidating or critical ways!. They can have physical symptoms that may lead them to seek treatment from a primary care doctor, cardiologist, pulmonary specialist or gastroenterologist!. Stress also can intensify the anxiety!.
To be diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder, you have to have at least three of the following symptoms:
Feeling restless or keyed up
Becoming tired very easily
Having difficulty concentrating or remembering (your mind goes blank)
Feeling irritable, crabby or grouchy
Having tense muscles
Having trouble falling asleep or staying asleep, or not feeling rested after sleep
You may consult a primary care doctor first if you suspect your physical symptoms are part of a medical illness!. Your doctor may do tests to check for medical problems!. If the results are normal, your doctor may ask about your family history, your history of any mental distress, current anxieties, recent stresses, and daily use of prescription and nonprescription drugs!. Some drugs can cause anxiety symptoms!. The doctor then may refer you to a psychiatrist for care!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ginseng (Panax Ginseng (Chinese/Korean/Japanese), panax quinquefolius (American) Eleutherococcus senticosus (Siberian))!. It is also known as man root, life root and heal all!. Lady's Slipper (Cypripedium pubescens) Lady's slipper is one of the most widely applicable nerviness available!. It can be used in all stress reactions, emotional tension and anxiety states!. Try having a cup of "Tension Tamer", herbal tea, by Celestial Seasonings, (from supermarket tea, or health food aisles) or make some at home, and cool, then bottle, and drink as needed (I find it so strong tasting, that I need to drink it quickly, followed by something like fruit juice, to take away the taste, but others may find it more tolerable)!. C(h)amomile tea is a more palatable option!. As with all herbal/green teas, use lemon/lime, and/or a little sweetener (NOT ARTIFICIAL!!!) but no cream, or milk!.
Xylitol, or Stevia is preferable, (health food stores) or fruit sugar (fructose, such as "Fruisana", from supermarket sugar aisles) or even a little honey, because these will reduce "sugar spikes", which later deplete you of energy!. Opt for more wholefoods, non-starchy vegetables, and fruit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
