Question: Im goin CRAZY!!?
I goin crazy, if u read my profile it might hint that i have some issues!. i get prety iritated at small things!. like if someone bumps into me on purpose, i will literally attack them!.i always have dreams about death and bad stuff, i havent had a gf in like a year!. i could use some stress managment tips!. and dont tell me to count to ten or i will hunt you down!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Listen, being 15 and in highschool, I understand how hard it can be sometimes!. People always making fun of you because you're " emo " when really you just don't want to make people realize the harsh reality of life!. Just remember, no matter how angry you get, getting back at someone is only going to make it worse!. Sure that person's never gonna mess with you again but eventually you're just gonna drive everyone away and you'll be all alone!. Whenever I get EXTREMELY angry, I just sit down and think about what I could do or say to that person that would get back at them!. But that doesn't mean I actually do anything!. Your mind is yours and no one can read it, but hurting someone can get you into a heap of trouble!. Just try to play it cool and remember, keeping some thoughts to yourself is the best thing you can do when you get enraged!. I hope you this can help you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are not crazy but you do have several mental issues that you need professional help with!. I am not sure if you have always had a temper or been out of control!? Is this your normal personality or is this something new!? The only way to overcome problems like your are through professional help and sometimes medicine!.

Maybe the reason you have not had a girl friend in a while is because of your hostility!. Just try to calm down and think about what triggers your hostility!. You may be having panic or anxiety attacks!. I go off the handle when I have them!. But, now I am on a mood stabilizer and doing much better, You need to ask your doctor about this!.

I know how debilitating this can be but please hang in there and get some help!. It is not hopeless and you can and will survive this awful time you are going through!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Been there, done that too!.

What I did for myself was to check myself into a Hospital and they kept me for 3 days!. (Paid for by Medi-Cal) They helped me with some medication and also I had a complete physical check up!. (They'll take you in if they think you might hurt someone or you might hurt yourself)

I was able to relax, and meet other people with similar yet different kinds of problems!.

It also got me a disability income for a few years with Social Security and allowed me to get back on my feet!.

Some nice people at the hospital helped me with all this!.

don't worry bout it!. i know people who get like that all the time!. one of my friends is like that!. how she deals with it is she just tries to think of happy thoughts like i get mad when people bump into me i feel its just rude they should watch where they are going but i deal with i take a second to think of what to do that wouldn't start a whole scene u know!. try stress balls or massages every once in a while !. and a little advice for a gf problems if there's someone u like the best way to go is with respect and humor!. try to make them laugh but don't keep talking and talking cuz they might get tired of Ur voice just be yourself!. if they aren't interested think screw them u know Ur better that that anywayWww@Answer-Health@Com

oh im on the same spot ur on my mother died
and i feel very depressed , for more than 2 weeks !. i think youll be ok now im not trying to tell u to count to ten just suck in some air like you would be sucking in water through a straw !. this is called the cooling method it actually cools the body and calms you down!. please if someome bumps into u its an accident not their fault they probebly didnt notice it dont attack them for somthing they didnt mean to do try getting a real close friend even if theyre not your age find someome to talk to

well it seems you have anger management issues, but what i would recommend ( if the whole count to 10 doesn't work haha), is to take up a sport!. trust me doign somthing physical will help you channel the energy!. go for football, or boxing!. that way you have a way to release the anger in a good way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

dude i have dreams about death all the time of course it dosnt help that my mother died in october and my grandmother is dieing right now in the hospital or the fact that i have lost 13 loved ones in the past to years and its normal to be stressed what i do is i focus on somthing that relaxes me like music or art or violent video games so that i can take all my stress out on that so my advise to you is just do somthing you love to do and focus on just that nothing else and see is it helps otherwise NERVE PILLS lol jk but hey im only a 15 year old girl so i wolud consider asking a few more ppl OH and another thing when someone is all stressed out it helps to have someone else to talk to or just unload your baggage on so call up a friend and just talk or if you dont have any friends email a random person just to freak them out hey im 15 and thats fun to me lol i have had suicidal moments to man its a way to cope right!? but suicide isnt the answer dude theres other ways to cope i still get suicidal but like i said try not to focus on it hope you find a way to deal with things good luck and your in my prayers dude ;)Www@Answer-Health@Com
