Teenagism lol!.
But seriously!. This is not a disorder from what you have described!.
Being non-attentive, unaware, forgetting and being unable to multi-task and speaking/writing poorly could be signs of autism or mild retardation!.
One is not socially isolated unless they're deserted in a place with just themselves!. She may not be social!.!.!. meaning that she has limited interation with peer groups!. But she was raised by people and has most likely been around people or the public, especially if she is bilingual!.
Lack of guilt is a learned behavior!. For someone to feel guilty, they have had to be taught right from wrong and would have needed to be punished for wrong doings!. It is also, regrettably, an ingredient in antisocial behavior!. However, with antisocial behavior, it is an acting out AGAINST societal rules!.
A LOT of people in this world are dependent on others for monetary support, for a few reasons!. For example, some females are dependent on males because they're too lazy to go out and get a job and use excuses like children!. Another example is people who are spoiled and come from parents who have money!. Being monetarily dependent is not a psychological disease!.
It really sounds to me like she has a developmental disorder!. Whether it be autism or mild retardation or some other thing!. Her best bet would be to go to a doctor or psychologist where she can get tests done!. Hope that helps!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am appalled at all answerer's coming back to schizophrenia, I would say over protective parents when she was young, not being allowed to socialise as a child and would seem nor as an adult !. no job,no friends, dependent on father for financial support someone get this girl and try and give her some self-esteem for the speech thing it could be anything, you grow up to learn from your pears and usually close family support, if this has not been in place no wonder she acts like this, whoever wrote this be a friend and rescue this girl, if it was the person herself take this question to your doctor let them read it and hopefully you will get some help !.Www@Answer-Health@Com
