Question: Addicted to cola!!?
I LOVE coca-cola!. Im so addicted to it i have to have IT like 7 times a day! The doctor told me my teeth were going to rot outa my head if i didnt stop! BUT I CANT! I sometimes even find myself stopping in the school halls and in public screaming "WHERES MY COLAAAA!!?" somebody please help me!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Please understand that coca cola is one of the worst drinks you can consume!. Your teeth are the least of your worries from drinking this junk!. Diabetes is rampant and coca cola is one of the major contributors to this disease!. There are many things that coca cola does to your body, whether it is sugar free or not, it makes NO difference!.

The phosphoric acid depletes your calcium form your body!. The caffeine dehydrates you and causes you to become fatigued and all the other issues relating to being dehydrated!. It contains fluoride because the filters they use when adding water does not filter this, so it is depleting your body of iodine!. The caffeine is responsible for putting your adrenal glands in a state of stress!. When you get to menopause, you will be in for a real treat!. Just drinking one coca cola suppresses your immune system for about 3 hours and makes you very susceptible to disease of all kinds!. You will gain weight from drinking the junk and this weight will be "stored fat," and difficult to remove!.

If you drink coca cola and take ascorbic acid or eat food that has ascorbic acid in it, you will be putting pure BENZENE into your liver!. Drink enough coca cola and take enough ascorbic acid and you will not be around very long!.

A very good alternative is Kombucha!. It comes in many flavors and is Chinese tea that is fermented!. It tastes wonderful and has a carbonated character to it!. It is very good for you and contains lots of healthful things!. Drink ice cold water when you get the urge for the cola junk and drink the Kombucha as a treat for staying off the garbage!. The Kombucha is refreshing and satisfies your thirst, unlike the cola drinks that increase your appetite and do not quinch any thirst!.

You're probably gonna have to come off it altogether!. Just like with quitting smoking, you'll probably have the best chance if you wean yourself slowly ie!. cut it down to 4, then 2/day, then 1/day, then 1 every 2 days, you see where I'm going!.!.!.!.!.

And just know that when you wean off sugar, you will feel really low energy/moody/ for like 2 weeks; expect it, it's normal!. After that your energy will improve and you'll feel better than ever!Www@Answer-Health@Com
