Do things that could irritate her do yo have camra evey time you see her take her photo no film need , Do you have a friend what untill you are shore she is listening talk to your friend about how you sell drugs make shore she can hear you and your friend go buy some candy, confection that look like drugs make shore she sees you stand out side with your friend openly have your friend give you some money and you give your friend the candy, confection

could be for 2 reasons, just being nosey or shes lonely!. i wouldnt be mean about it but next time she does it just say hello how you doing!. or say oh im sorry was i talking to loud, or oh im sorry, did i disturb you!? theres a woman at work like that, in my business constantly!. its annoying and i almost reported her for harrassment but after talking to her about it she didnt realize she was annoying me and promised she'd try harder to mind her own business!. give your neighbor benifit of the doubt!. unless you tell her straight up it annoys you, she probably isnt aware it does!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
