Answers:
alchohol is toxic!. whenever you take something with toxins in it, chances are it will change the way your brain functions!. your body gets used to these toxins!. when you stop taking them, your brain will function differently!. it takes time to get used too, thats why many of us struggle with withdrawl!. if your unable to go cold turkey, try to cut back, ween off it!. support from others who have done the same can help!. but remember, unless your mama breast fed you liquor, then there was a time when you didnt drink and you managed just fine, you can get back to that with a little helpWww@Answer-Health@Com

If your drinking just for sleep try something else!. Try Melatonin, Valerian Root or an over the counter sleep aid!. There not to strong and they won't make you feel foggy in the morning!. Melatonin is known to give you vivid dreams so be aware of that!. But it will help you fall asleep and is not a drug!. Valerian Root is a herb, no vivid dreams and no foggy mornings!. Also you might want to try to do some exercising before bed!. Even reading a book can help!. But beer is only going to make you fat, hung over and an Alcoholic!. Please be careful!.

Take care and don't give up!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have known people with your problem!. Your alcohol addiction is probably caused by a chemical imbalance in your brain!. Do not get involved in some gimmicky "solution" such as the cult group they call Alcoholics Anonymous!. What you have is a PHYSICAL problem!. You need to see a real psychiatrist who will prescribe medication such as Prozac to get your chemical balance back to normal!. Once you are well, you can go off the medication!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have sleep trouble and I found out it's because I have ADD!. I'm 21 years old, a college student, and my parents last unmarried daughter!. They are involved in every decision I make whether I want them to be or not!. Not only did I have ADD but eventually I developed anxiety that was over the top!. I started failing my college courses (2 semesters in a row)!. After my friend was killed in a motorcycle accident the same year everything got worse!. I entered therapy and started seeing a psychiatrist 6 months later!.
The reason I mention all of this is because I want you to understand where my advice is coming from!. I've been in therapy for a year and 2 months and I've been on and off ADD and anxiety meds for the last 6 months!. Even though I was reluctant to take the meds they did help along with the therapy!. I had a great therapist and I was very open and pushy with her and showed her my true nature so she could help me solve all the problems I knew I had but didn't know how to communicate what they were or how to solve them!. With both the meds and the therapy my grades have improved, I've stopped crying every time I think of my friend's death --I celebrate the great life he had--and I've learned to relax and now I have the best sleep of my life!. I do occasionally stay up but thats usually on nights that I have nothing to do the next day like tonight!.
so I guess what I'm saying is find a therapist in your area, let that person know from the very first visit what you are looking for and the kind of feedback you want and go from there!. It may seem like there is nothing that will solve this problem now but that will change with hard work!.
Good luck, I hope you find help in my answer or at least someone else's on here!. p!.s!. if it bothers you ignore the people who are being so blunt in their responses because I feel they are being so rude!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
