How to feel like i actually mean something ?!


Question: How to feel like i actually mean something !?
i feel like im such a waste of a person and never good enough!. most of the time i think that i would be better off dead!. i suck at everything i try and do!. i dont have any talent or any like real hobbies!. i used to be so loud and fun and crazy but now im just like depressed all the time, not wanting to live!. pretty much i just sit at home all the time and sometimes go out with my friends but i cant really even relate to them anymore!. im really scared to go back to school, ill probably end up being a loner!. i dont know what to do anymore!. is there anything that will work to make me be happy again !?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Honey, you are special and worth something to those who love you!. You do sound like you may have depression!. Honestly, I was the same way!. I used to be loud and outgoing and crazy/fun, but I got to a certain age (15) and it just fell apart!. I went for years knowing what was wrong with me, but not able and too afraid to do anything about it until I was about 19 or 20!. I always felt worthless and such a burden!. I too wanted to die!. You should see a doctor about it!. Never be afraid or ashamed to take care of your problems!. The sooner you do the sooner you can start to feel better!. And talk!. Talking is a great way to get things off your chest and you do feel better after you talk to someone!. It doesnt matter if its a friend, counselor or family member!. And know that you are not a waste!. Everyone has a purpose!. You are special!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you do mean something!. you probably don't feel that way currently, because you do have depression!. The real you is inside, and you aren't supposed to be feeling this way!. Go and talk out your issues with someone!.!.!. like a psychologist!. They can help you find your way back on track, and make you feel happy again!.

What have you accomplished in the last day/week!? Think about it, whatever it was!.

i've felt this way too!. it sucks for everyone including yourself, i'm one of the people who missed a year because of depression and anxiety!. it sounds like you have depression!. see a doctor about taking anti-depressants , they take about a month to start working and for some people they don't work at all!. but in the end, it's worth the try and it's worth your life!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Treatment for depression is the way! When you have been sad for a long time your brain will no longer produce serotonin(happy!.) The brain literally forgets how to produce it! A short while on a mild anti-depressant could do the trick!. Do not feel stigmatized over mental health treatment!. If your heart were sick you would go to the doctor!. Well, your brain is a little under the weather and needs to get a pick me up!. Just that simple!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try doing things you like, or something new!. When I was in the ninth grade i felt that way!. I ended up running away from home-- NOT a good idea, tho it gave me time to think!. Try figuring out what makes you feel so worthless and then challeging it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know how you feel but from what it sounds like you have a classic case of depression!. Go to a doc they will give you some stuff and you'll start to feel a lot better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
