Answers:
You can talk to a school counselor or a teen hotline, but other than that your mother will have to know that you are obtaining therapy!.
The good news is that your mother doesn't have to know what happens in your therapy sessions!. That is confidential unless you are considering harming yourself in real time!. (Your therapist would be required to help get you hospitalized and that would require your mother knowing)
Try calling one of these numbers:
USA National Suicide Hotlines
Toll-Free / 24 hours / 7 days a week
1-800-SUICIDE
1-800-784-2433
1-800-273-TALK
1-800-273-8255
TTY: 1-800-799-4TTY (4889)
They can refer you to a teen line which can help find you resources in your area!.
Good luck and hang in there!. There are people out there willing to help and with some time, energy, and effort, you can get the help and the health and happiness that you deserve!.

what i think you should do is talk to your father!. I would think you would have to have permission to go to a therapy unless you go talk to a counselor at school or ask her to take you to your family physician and ask the doctor what he thinks he probably agree with you on therapy!. Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Yes here in Colorado you can sign yourself up for therapy at the age of 14!. Try talking to a pastor, rabbi, school counselor, another adult that you trust, an aunt, an uncle or grandparent!. It should not be your mother telling you what you feel you needs!. Reach out to others!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Since you are considered a minor and with the HIPPA law, this makes it harder to do w/o her knowing!. Call a support line!.
