How to sleep normally again?!


Question: How to sleep normally again!?
my girlfriend is incapable of sleeping normally anymore!. She suffers from nightmares/bad dreams or just traumatic images form her past!. I was wondering if there were some non-medical means of inducing normal sleep again w/o the fear of what was mentioned above!. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!. Please assist immediately for the better of her health!. Thank you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The only thing that I, myself, can currently think of is to give her more good memories to dream about!. She obviously has too many bad memories overpowering her from the past!. If you can give her good, joyful memories of equal value, say going to a fair or waterpark or roller coaster park and having tons of fun, that'd bring better memories (as long as it is of equal value)!.

Or you could have extreme sex, experimenting with new things to make it even better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Tell her to just think postitive,and maybe watch something happy,or something that makes her happy,make her do it before she goes to bed to get rid of her bad dreams!.
It's normal to have dreams about your past,so shes not crazy!.
Just tell her that she should reedeem herself into something that could change her dreams!.To do a activity before she goes to bed and try that and see if it works

Sleep that is damaged by traumatic events requires only one thing!. Inner Peace!. You can not find it for that person but you can find it with them!. Prayer and coming to terms with the circumstances as long as she can forgive the past and live in the present things will be ok in time as long and she does not get to a point of hopelessness!.
