Calming your mind...?!


Question: Calming your mind!.!.!.!?
What are some things you do to calm your mind down!. Things to de-stress and get rid of some anxiety!. I have a hard time with this kind of thing!.

Sometimes I get so anxious I just get really irritable and can't think clearly, can't focus or remember things properly, start getting hyperactive!. It gets worse when I have things I am nervous about!.

Like now I just recently got a ticket ('cause I was being dumb!.!.!.) plus the month is turning so I owe money for insurance and I just don't have the right funds to make it work out!. But it will probably work out I am just overthinking a bit I think!.

Lately I've just been real anxious I just need some exercises to calm down and think more clearly!. The anxiety is driving me to do impulsive things I wouldn't really do otherwise and the consequences are getting bigger (like the ticket I got, which that situation could of been way worse but I got lucky)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The only way i can calm myself out is to stop in my tracks and just take few deep breathes!. Tell yourself this will be alright!. repeat it several times ad you take deep breathes!. Now, contract your shoulder muscles as much as you can and relax, when relaxing your muscles, try exhaling and think that each time you exhale, your exhaling black colored gas and when inhaling clean air!.

If situation goes from bad to worst, think about possible solutions for each situation one at a time!. if it helps write it down!.

The most effective way i get rid of that feeling is to think that some people does not have water and food to eat, they don't have shelter or anything at all, but somehow they are surviving, and thriving in fact!. If they can do it, then you are at the better position to make that climb!

try to see whether there are any support groups for stress/ anxiety management groups in ur community or even online!. i think problems like this are not ones which can be managed with a few answers!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The very first thing you must learn is control!. Your mind will basically go wherever you let it, and things can quickly spin out of control!.

Though complex your mind is simply delicate!. Force your mind to not think of things!. For instance at work only think of work related things, if you start to think of other things!.!.!.literally tell yourself you will think of them at home!.

Make personal time to actually confront the things that are bothering you or worrying you!. This will keep them from being put aside and arising whenever your guard is down!. Here is a tip!. Write down all the things that worry or stress you or things that you think about way too much!. Then put this in your drawer!. Everyday in the morning look at the list and pick one thing!. That will be your focus!. Your focuse until it is resolved or not thought about!.

It sounds silly, but your mind will not pay so much attention to it because it's written down and subliminally you will know you dont have to remember it because its already being remembered on a piece of paper!.

If you have problems whether health, money, relationships or just personal you have to confront them or they will always drag along with you causing burden and obviously anxiety, yet also more stress and you will snap at absolutely everything!.

Exercise helps a great deal, so does eating properly because poor diet on top of stress creates more stress and did you ever have to go somewhere starving!.!.!.how much fun was it to have to wait to eat, better yet how did it feel every minute when your stomach was in knots!.!.!. Calm down and face things and plan things out as best you can!. You'll be smiling in no time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
