How can i stop thinking about food all the time?!


Question: How can i stop thinking about food all the time!?
I think about food, caloric content, exercise, fatness etc!. obsessively and I can't stop!. I ate pop tarts yesterday and I thought about it for the rest of the day!. I'm not anorexic, I just have confused thoughts about food and everything else that goes along with that!. How do I get over this and stop being so obsessive!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat a healthy diet (following the food pyramid) and get cardio exercise every day!. Drink plenty of fresh quality water!. Get quality sleep!.

Make sure you have other hobbies in your life to take some of the focus time in your day!. Focus on developing a quality career that you will enjoy!. Spend time with quality friends!. i realy dont know this correct answer but ido know something and ill tell u wat!.!.!.if u dont eat normaly ull eventualy get fat i used to think the less i eat the less fat i gain but is the other way around u need to eat at least 3 meals a day [small of course] cause if u dont eat ur metabolism gets really slow then the next time u eat it'l store it asfat so go eat more popstars be4 u get rely fat D== lolWww@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like anorexia to mee!. I dont know how to get over it!. If I knew, man, my life would be so much easier!. You should start out by seeing a therapist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
