Answers:
1 mg xanax is very little!. Your alcohol intake is more troubling!. Your life probably was never really in danger!. Come down from the alcohol before taking xanax next time!. If you have a hangover, drink LOTS of water and drink some OJ!. (You should have done this before bed, ideally!.) Take a multi-vitamin and eat something healthy, especially something with vitamin B (whole grains, beans, fortified cereals)!. Take a hot shower!. You will feel better eventually!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drugs and alcohol are both non-natural stimulants to your brain which are unhealthy and dangerous!. Emotionally healthy people don't need any stimulant since they feel good just the way they are!. You obviously are feeling hurt deep inside and you need to find a therapist or some loving and caring person that you can discuss these feelings!. Focus on the core issue instead of the effects!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should definetly thank your lucky stars that 1mg is ALL you took!

Is 1mg your perscribed amount!? If so, then you should be fine!. If it's more, I suggest you go to your doctor to make sure you haven't damaged your stomach, kidney, and/or liver!.

Never EVER take ANY medication while having consumed alcohol within 4 hours!

Thank those stars =)Www@Answer-Health@Com
