I'm depress and I thought i was okay from the medication *CRYING for HELP*?!

Question: I'm depress and I thought i was okay from the medication *CRYING for HELP*!?
I'm depress and really sad!. Every thought in my mind are beginning to come out again!. I'm very distured to what it has because of my past and now!.

Since this past two days on medication I couldn't even think about being depress!.!.but!.!.being happy!. My mind was just in the right moment when I was on Lorazepam 0!.5MG!. I thought this medication will give me a new hope and life but my depression and anxiety are coming back!. My next appointment I will ask my Internal doctor (M!.D!.) to increase my dose for it!. It seems that 0!.5MG wouldn't do his part of his job!.

I'm also on Remeron (Mirtazapine) 30MG for Depression!. It's a living hell!. It made my HUNGER worst!. I could not stop to think about food for a moment!. It seems it's wanting food onto my body!. It also a weaken me and made me sleep alot!.

I will let my doctor know Remeron isn't for me!. Lorazepam is okay and it helps but it's effect doesn't last long!. I will also ask for Klonopin if she would give approvals to it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Klonoping and Lorazepam are both benzodiazepines so the doctor probably won't prescribe both!. Xanax is also a benzo, but has a long-acting form of the medication!. Two days is not a long enough time to receive all the benefit a drug can give you!. Also, you mention your past--if you have psychological issues, medication will help of course, but you will more than likely benefit from counseling!. Also, and internal medicine doctor is great for treating medical issues, but if you want a doctor familiar with medication for treating depression and anxiety, you need to see a psychiatristWww@Answer-Health@Com

I took Effexor for years until, one day, I said f*** these medications, and I decided to take control of my life!. The only thing those drugs did for me was make me feel hopelessly dependent on pills to live my life!. I'm not suggesting you end your treatment, but I don't feel going from one medication to another will solve your problems!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
