How can i control my hectic life of being a pre-teen?!


Question: How can i control my hectic life of being a pre-teen!?
i am always stressed about something wrong thats happend and other situations that are in my life and i rarely have enough time to sleep !. please help ! thanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

its okay!. and what is your problem!? im 13 (soon 2 be 14!) and i have issues 2, im starting my own school club, going 2 run 4 student body presiden oh and try to be in 2 sports when school starts did i mention im writeing an essay 2 win a 20,ooo $ scholarship well i am and if you need help emial me im always happy 2 help and dont stress out all you have to do is relax, orginze everything by writing down things then once you cleared you mind takle hard things then easier issues once your all done you can sleep, and what exactly are your problems!? peer preasure, eduction, parents , puberty!? if so im here=] love ur fellow yahooer=] lol

You say that you rarely have time to sleep!. Organisation is the key to getting sleep!. I remember when I was your age, I was always doing homework, cleaning my room, doing chores etc!. I told my mum that I wasn't coping, and she helped me get my life on track!.
What you need to do, is create a schedule!. Write down a list of the things that need doing, and how long you think they will take!. Then organise your time!. Work out what time you will get up in the morning, and plan your day from then on!. Things like when you will shower, eat breakfast, do your homework etc!.

If you are stressed out, tell your parents about whatever it is that is stressing you, and they can lend you advice!. If you want, you could start meditating to help you relax!. Praying is also relaxing!.

Oh sorry to say but being a teenager, it gets way worse!.

Once you get to High School, there will be drama, homework, reports, projects, friends, work (if you decide that), sports, family, pets, plans, you name it!.

Do what I'm doing for next year!. Make a schedule!. Make time for like to just lounge around!. Like I'm going to have homework, sports, and work so I'm going to plan it out!. Like sports after school, right after that get home and do homework, then go to work, then you know, homework if its not done and lounge around from like 10-12!. And dinner will fit in there somewhere!. ha

But seriously, you haven't seen NOTHING yet!. Preteen years is a carefree life compared to teenage life!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

My dear , don't stress, life can be difficult!. Avoid these things by amuzing your self with hobbies and fun things!.Pre teen years are suppose to be filled with school activities, being with friends, enjoying siblings, having fun on holidays, doing chores and accepting responsibilities of soon to be adult hood!. its ok, alot of people have same problem!.
The way i got out was become more spiritual!. I meditate everyday to keep my mind calm, you can try it!. Just sit down and concentrate on your brerathing!.

But hey, its the teen life, you have to learn to get used to it haha

Believe me you that life will get to be something to actually worry about - making money and surviving college homework at 2 am at the last minute trying to stay awake!. Relax and enjoy the ease of life now!.
