I feel like im going through a string of bad luck!. My job isnt working out too well, my grades in school (college girl) are not so fantastic!. I feel like everything i do is crap!! My confidence is getting lower and lower!. Are there any self help books out there that works!? And what can I do to stop doubting myself and to gain confidence!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go to the library and browse around for self help books!. I know how you feel right now and how shitty it is when so much bad stuff is happening all at once!. Try to relax and meditate!. Breath!. Honestly sweetie!.!.!. I have been in your shoes as far as confidence and all of that !.!.!. and I have to say that I do not believe a book is going to help -- I mean it may tell you the obvious like "you need to look inside your inner self to portal your true potential and happiness] (I made that up mind you) BUT seriously it is all YOU !!! You have to want to make your life great, and live in a happy environment! After all , your the only one responsible for your own happiness!!! I think you know it already !.!. but you have all the tools you need already with you!!! And if not !.!.!. I would recommend talking to someone over reading a book!!!

Well the solution I am going to offer you is something that has recently become a bit popular, but seriously it is a great book!. You MUST see the film too!. Actually, I would see the film first, and then read the book!. It's called "The Secret"!. As much as I don't always like to admit it, it has helped me a great deal in turning my life around!. Really, the film has great and helpful information, and it will make you feel much better after watching it!. I guarantee!.

Any self help book will do!. I have read several and they pretty much all say the same things!. Also, ask if the college has some one you can talk to!. Try to focus on efforts not results!. Often you can try very hard and still not succeed - I know!. But give yourself credit for the effort!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You might try getting a job that works better for your busy college lifestyle!. Working and going to college is a lot to take on, but since it may be your only choice, at least have a job that doesn't add to your stress level!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well I dont think there is any books like that!. But what u need to do is have a day where u cango out with ur friends!. Like shopping haveing no worries!. Then the nixt day go to class and on ur way think u chan do everything u want to accomplish!. That helped me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

However, I think your best bet is to go to the bookstore and browse around until you find something you connect with!. There's a lot of good stuff out there!.
