I'm scared I can't sleep!?!
Question: I'm scared I can't sleep!!?
for the past few months i've been going to sleep late!.
and i woke up late also!.
I was able to feel sleepy by 1am, but now all of a sudden the past few days I can barely yawn, and I don't feel sleepy!.
I sleep but i doze off very late, and it's a very quick doze off
I somehow skip the part where i soak in sleepiness and yawns for a while!.
im starting a job soon and i'm really concerned!.
I don't know what to do!.
it's 12!.33 am, should i stay up till 9pm tomorow and sleep then !?

You are getting distracted at sleep time, I don't know everything about this, but I have experienced it before!.
It is a cycle that takes a while to fix!. I tried staying up 20 hours so I can sleep early the next night, it works for a few days but I went back to being a slug staying up all night!.
I guess I needed to keep busy during the day to basically, get tired!. You need a motivation to wake up in the morning!.

Hmmm!.!.!.!.you can try forcing yourself to sleep, by turning off all the lights, tv or anything that distracts you and just lay on bed in your PJ's!. Staying up until tomorrow might not be a god idea considering the fact that you may get sleepy tomorrow lets say around 3PM, and that would ruin the whole purpose!.Good Luck!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
How old are you!? menopause could be a cause however it is probably just the stress of the change in your routine and changing employment!.!. try soaking in a warm tub before bed and try going to bed earlier good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

get some tylonal pm at the local 7-11 if u can't sleep if that's not an option than make some coffee and stay up!. i have the same problem!. sometimes when i can't sleep i just stay up all night!. i make iced coffee though!. i just microwave water and put instant coffee and then fill a cup with ice and some milk and mix in my coffee!. i don't use sugar but you can if you want to!. if you do get the sleeping pills just make sure you lay all your stuff out for the next morning and everything is ready since you have trouble waking up!. and also have your coffee ready to be made first thing in the morning!. if you have a coffee pot and a timer that is even better set it to make a pot like 10 minutes before you wake up that will help you get up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
