But I think my depression has alot to do with I have been so tired al the time which is what I was complaining about when I had seen him for the last time so do you think he will remember that!? I am embarrased to ask him about it becasue of me alway laughing and being happy when I go in there!. Afraid he will not believe me!. What do you think!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Don't smile when you see your doctor!.
Let your depression pour out of you!.
Tell your doctor the things you wrote in the second part of your message to us!.
"I have found myself staying in my house, not wanting to talk to anyone or go anywhere, or do anything!. I am trying for a baby right not been for 5 years with no success and just in a rut in general and all around feeling useless and blah!. I cry at EVERYTHING I really feel I need help!." Cry if you feel like crying while you are there!. Best Wishes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Tell him what you just told us!. He should remember the reason for your last visit because there will be a note in the chart as to what your last visit was about and what was done about it!.

Only you know yourself and how you feel - and what is on the outside does not always match what's going on inside!. I'm sure your doctor will understand this!.

He should then talk to you and try and determine what is going on -- if you are depressed in the clinical sense or if there is something else causing it, etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Bunny,
Print this post out and take it in when you see the doctor!. It will be so much easier on you than trying to explain and he can read it very quickly and it will help him understand, without you having to verbalize it!.
Of course he will then talk to you but he will have a starting point!.
All the best to you hon!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

He will believe you!. Just go in, tell him how you feel, how you always "put on a happy face" but it is fake!. He will believe you!. Doctors make notes about a patient and the patient's complaints everytime someone comes in for a visit, so he will remember your complaint of being tired!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Unless you are in your doctor's office VERY frequently (e!.g!., once a week or more), the likelihood that your physician will remember anything (good or ill) about your personality is very, very low!.

Be completely forthright with him when you see him!. Come in armed with a list of symptoms/complaints!. If you write them down, you won't forget!.

Best of luck,

Just be honest and don't joke about it when you are describing your symptoms!. Most ppl understand that putting on a face isn't the same as how you really feel!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if u live in cali u can get legal weed!. :)
if u are a legit ur doctor will believe you!.
good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

if u go ther with a sad face on hell no ur depressed and help u out!. GOOOD LUCK!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

He will ask you about your symptoms and how long you have been feeling this way!. It is normal to try and hide your feelings behind a smile!.

It might not be depression!. If you are tired all the time maybe you are anemic or need to get out of a rut of some sort!. Either way he might suggest counseling first, eating healthy, getting enough sleep and other suggestions before prescribing pills!.

Before TTC you need to get over this depression first!. Being pregnant can cause your hormones to go crazy even worse than PMS!.

It took my husband and I four years to have a baby!. When the time is right it will happen!. Please get yourself well first and then go see your obgyn for testing for yourself to see if you are fertile and have your partner go in as well to his doctor to get a sperm count/sample!.

Also make sure you tell your doctor you are on medications for your migranes!.

Your doctor can run test to rule out other things being depresed is something they can help you deal with or if they want refer you to someone who can!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
