well, i have it too, and i see a psychiatrist for medicine and a psychologist will help you figure out how to help yourself!. i try to relax and tell myself that it is just my brain!. watching funny movies or listening to music really helps too!. hope i could help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

When I am down, I usually go out for a long walk, or sometimes for a very long bike ride!. as it seems to help me to sort things out, but being down normally and being depressed are vastly different so perhaps you should ask a professional !?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Depends why you're depressed!. It could require medication, cognitive therapy, a change in your lifestyle, marriage counseling, diet/medical evaluation, and more!.
