Question: What is this!?!?!? please help!.!.!.!.!.!.!?

i find myself lately in this same position!.!.!.

my shoulders are like way up!.!.!.and it gets to the point where my neck, head, even face hurt!.!.!.and i just feel uncomfy!.!.!.what is that!?!?!?
i don't do it on purpose i just keep finding myself like this!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
