Self-harm is a sign of very serious problems!. You do need some professional help make sure you get some even if your mother won't help you!. Take action to make things a lot better for yourself in the medium-term!. You may not get completely well that quickly!. Try talking to your mum!. Ask her for some time!. Ask her to listen to you!. Sit down with her and share with her all of your thoughts and feelings to the best of your ability!. If she doesn't want to or can't help you in this way then get help on your own!. Getting a good friend to listen to you can be good too!. Good people often get confused in this complicated world of ours!. You are a good person!. In your heart you know this!. You don't need strangers to remind you of this!. Learn to accept yourself and love yourself!. You and your existence is a wonderful and valuable miracle!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Please stop self-harming!. Talk to your doctor!. Talk to the Samaritans!. You are not alone!. People do care!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i am a girl to and i know that you are probably just saying this stuff because you want attention, otherwise you wouldnt have put a picture of yourself so that everyone can see how "fat" you are!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

How old are you!? If you're in your early teens this is normal!. You're getting to know who you are and you might not like it at first!.

It could also be depression!.!.!. I'd suggest seeing a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Honest though, i do think u have depression and its maybe the stresses of GCSEs, life at home!? Lots of things can contribute to depression!.

See your GP they will keep it confidential so you donbt HAVE to tell your mum however i think you should!. Or your parent guardian etc!.

Sounds like fairly ordinary teenage angst, (I presume you're a teenager), only you seem to have fallen into a rather deep and dark hole with it right now!.

Usual for it to get a little out of hand this time of year!. Stress over exams and the prospect of significant life changes can precipitate quite serious depressive symptoms!.

It's really good that you're able to recognise something's not quite right!. It shows that your intuition is very much intact!.

Be brave!. Make an appointement to see your doctor!. Explain exactly why you're there, how you're feeling and how it's affecting your ability to cope!.

Insist on a referral for counselling!.
Most health care practices have a regular counsellor to whom you can be referred!.

You may have to wait a few weeks for your first appointment, but In the meantime, your doctor will probably provide you with information about coping with stress and anxiety, dealing with depression!. Take heed of this advice and try to apply it in your life!.

Seek out coping strategies which work for you!. There are as many different coping strategies as there are people really!. Generally it is worth trying something new and rewarding, avoiding people and situaions which make you feel bad, getting regular exercise and ensuring good nutrition!.

Counselling will help you talk through your problems in order that you might understand them better, pulling yourself out of the hole can be hard work if some of your less helpful beliefs are too firmly entrenched, but it is well worth the effort when you finally see daylight in your life again!.

Best of luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok first of all, you're really pretty and skinny so you really don't have to worry about that :]
it may be depression
i know what you're going through but you can get over it
it's probably the last thing you want to do right now but try waking up early and taking a walk, even it it's short
if these feelings continue for a while, even after you try going for walks it's best you get help
there's a lot of clinics to help with this, even if you feel embarrassed about it
when i was depressed i tried running and it helped
hope you feel better :]

ok and for those people on here saying bad things don't listen to them!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You must have a reason for feeling low and you need to get to the bottom of this depending on where you are you need to talk to someone, anyone a friend a counsellor at school collage work, or even Samaritans, you need to learn to love yourself no matter what you are it
