My body is all shaky, my body is all sore too, and whenever i look at my bed, the bed sheets like like they're moving how they would when you sleep under them and breathe!.!.!? =/

That sounds weird, if you not taking any drugs legal or illegal then that rules out the drugs but its so hard to answer with the info provided!. First have pregnancy test, if you were out on the town maybe your drink was spiked, just a guess but see a doctor if its really worrying you!. Sleep deprivation causes all sorts of visual disturbances, problems with perception, etc!. Not getting enough sleep also causes muscle aches and tremors!.
