First, look at pictures of how your lungs will look!.
http://static!.flickr!.com/34/71356889_fff!.!.!.
After you see those pictures, take that picture, print it out, and put it on where your cigarettes are!.
Then write down all the pros and cons of smoking!.
Next, write down all the pros and cons of not smoking!.
After that, search about all the bad things that can happen to you from smoking!.
Think about standing outside where you usually smoke and having your daughter look up at you and say 'Mommy, i luv you" instead of "Eww"
Also think about how much money you will have extra to use, then spend on those nasty old cigarettes!.

Try chewing gum instead!.
When you see your 'soon to be father in law' think about how black his lungs are going to turn!. Think about that cigarette, your addicted to as paper fall of horse crap!.
Try not to stress as much, and think happy thoughts!.

If this doesn't work try doing a hobby you enjoy!.

I hope I help you!.

Pick a day to quit!. Remind yourself that you want to quit so that you will always be there for your daughter and so that she is not exposed to smoke!. If your husband won't quit with you, then at least ask for his support and ask that he doesn't smoke where your daughter can see him!. Get rid of your cigarettes and don't be by your husband when he smokes!. Think about all the extra money you'll have when you stop smoking!. If you can't do it cold turkey, don't be afraid to use a stop smoking aid!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do you have any hobbies!? I read that many people stopped smoking by knitting or crocheting when you feel the urge!. Maybe you can sew or do something else if you're not into knitting or crocheting!. Also, when you can't do that try thinking about how it affects others around you and how people have actually DIED from SECONDHAND SMOKE! Idk about your father though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

use Chantex!.!.your suppose to use it for 3 months nut I only took it for 1 month and I have been smoke free now 6 months,no cravings or moodiness at all!. It's awesome and if I go to a place where it's smokey, I doesn't bother me a bit!. I smoked for 20 years!. Now I know how gross it smells!. You'll be glad you did it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ask him to try to quit with you its always easier that way also if you breath in the smoke and blow it in a tissue it will help cause all that smoke is getting in your lungs and if you don't stop soon you will probably die of lung cancerWww@Answer-Health@Com

You need to quit for at least a week to detox your body of the nicotine!. Keep at it you'll be fine!. I quit 20 years ago and never looked back!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Talk to your doc about the possibility of using Zyban (the same medication as Wellbutrin)!. It has been a lifesaver for many (now former) smokers!.

Best of luck to you,
