It sounds like you have a bad case of passive aggressive behavior!. You should practice being more assertive!. Start with little things, just tell the other person what is bothering you at the time it bothers you!. I recommend opening with a positive remark when you can like " I understand what you are saying, but this offends because_____!. " Start small and work your way up!. But if its a certain person, and they are being overly aggresive be firm about how you feel, and if they keep it up, ignore them for a little while!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Do you have a games console of any kind!?
I find that if I use my PS2 and play on something like GTA and just drive around smashing into things it takes the anger away from me because I'm taking it out on the game!. It works!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
