How can I feel positive!?I am not surrounded by positive people!.Is there anything!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Take it from someone who grew up in the same situation, only you can make yourself feel positive!. Nobody else!.

I reccomend making a list about all of the things you like about yourself, and a list of all the things that make you happy!. Focus on those things, and focus on doing things in your life that make you feel good about yourself!. If you dont have a pet, an animal companion can do wonders for someone's mood!. Also spending time outside is proven to relieve stress and raise spirits!. Alot of people look into finding a religion as well!. Either way, dont emphasize on the people around you!. I don't know your age, but if you are surrounded by negative people, you will have to start talking positively to yourself (self-talk)!.

When I realized that all of my self-talk was negative, I got several books of positive affirmations!. I recorded them in my own voice and listened to them over and over so that I began to hear myself saying positive things to myself!.

If you don't want to or cannot buy books, write your own positive thoughts about yourself and life (even if you don't believe them or think them yet, you will), and record and listen to them over and over until you start hearing yourself saying positive things to yourself!. (If you don't have a way to record, just read them aloud to yourself over and over so that you begin to hear yourself saying positive thoughts!.)

If you have trouble coming up with positive thoughts at first, maybe you could ask the folks here to offer you positive thoughts!. (Ask another question, asking for positive thoughts!.)

I will start with one: "I deserve to be at peace in my life and to think positive, happy thoughts!. I will stop myself each time I begin thinking negatively and replace my negative thought with a positive one!. I am worth it!!"

this is going to sound familiar but think positive!. even if its the most ridiculous thing!. i did it once as a joke, i said to my best friend "thats it i'm sick of being a pessimistic whiny little *****" and would subsequently yell out positive thinking and then name something positive about the current situation!. i actually felt better!.

the people you hang out with also has an impact!. my friends are pretty negative so i reflect that inmy own thinking!. surround yourself with things that make you happy, give you emotional comfort!.

excercise is underrated but light joging is really refreshing, its not too light but isnt high intensity and keeps the blood and happiness flowing around you!.

I'm not sure what you mean by positive, but I'll give it a go!.

Perhaps you want to feel confident about yourself!. It is hard to get started on this if you are around people who only attack or belittle you!.

One positive thing I've noticed about you is that you have asked for assistance when there is a problem!. I think this is a good quality!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You cant have positive emotions these days when people control every aspect of your life!.
