Question: Depersonalization - relationship - girl problems - What should i tell her!?
Ok il make this quick
basically i met this girl b4 my dp started (we are a couple) but about 2 years ago she moved to a different city yet we still keep in contact via msn/phone/ myspace
however
in the last year or 2 we only have been communicating over msn, she keeps calling me but i never answer the phone, due to obvious reaons (dp etc)
has anyone been through this before!?
if so what have you done to resolve it!?
Should i tell her about my DP!?
Im not scared to talk to her on the phone its just im more fearful if she realises that iv changed, i wont beable to keep a convo going like i used to, should i just wait till i overcome the DP b4 i speak to her verbally and go visit her!?
im eff'in messed up over this
IT KILLS ME because i really want to be with her psychically and talk to her everyday, i cant get her out of my mind!.

James J, You got to tell her soon, even though it could be painful for you!. Write down a nice script on what you will say and read it out loud before you do it!. Not telling her is active denial on your behave, she's your friend and has strong feelings for you, so trust her!. Bet she come through with flying colours!.
