How can I stop being so lazy and underachieving?!

Question: How can I stop being so lazy and underachieving!?
I find it difficult to focus on a task and see it through to the end!. I end up surfing the internet or playing scrabble on facebook or hanging out with friends instead of working on my projects or reading books or anything else that would be considered productive!.

Any tips would be hugely appreciated!. Thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

just prioritize your time and activities!. if you got homework then most likely it will only take a couple hours!. Trying doing your work at school or in a library and stay away from the computers!. work with other friends in your class that way you still get to socialize and work!. Either hag out with friends after homework or do your homework when your done hannging out with friends!. when your doing your homework turn off your cell and computer (unless needed for research)!.!.!.If you are really hardcore you would delete your face book or any other distractions!. your friends and the internet will always be there but your grades and assignments come and go rapidly!. deal with them firstWww@Answer-Health@Com

Start taking walks, walk to a friends house or just walk and enjoy the weather and take longer walks then take fast paced walks!. Drink and energy drink, just for a short time to get yourself moving and then start in with exercises!. Sweetheart,
this is doing yourself a favor, to be energetic and healthy!. You'll feel good, no more lazy days and you'll find that you are
ready to achieve more!. It works!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You could be normal and just suffering from "procrastination"!.!.!. that's just a fancy word for saying "i'm scared of doing this task and would rather fail because i never tried than really try hard and fail"!.!.!. truth is, if you try, you never fail!.!. and often you find you're really good at it!.!.!. Alternatively!.!.!. and it really ain't up to me to decide!.!.!. but if this is something that happens to you all the time!.!.!. when you're in a conversation with your mates at the pub maybe!.!.!. then you could have ADHD!. Just a thought!.!.!. but people with this generally know they they have it long before you seem to have asked for help!.!.!. so it's more likely just plain old procrastination!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Motivate yourself to work on your projects!. When you are doing your projects do not think that you doing projects think that you are doing something you like!. Put on some calm music while doing your projects from keeping you from getting bored!. Make a goal to stay away from facebook!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i used to be like that but i decided to change as my grades were awful!. and at my last parents evening i got told i was really getting on well (: i focused in class by distasing myself from my friends during lessons as they were a big distraction, i didnt sit by myself just with other people i talked to!.i made an agreement with my parents and they said that if i got good grades at the next parents evening i would get a new outfit that gave me something to work hard for (:

hope this helpss oxWww@Answer-Health@Com

Well, this is your first attempt at seeking that guidance!.

Focus on smaller goals!. For example, don't look at 35 Chapters of say, Society & Economics!. Take 3 chapters at a time!. Or tell yourself that you will allow time for a break every 2 hours after studying the boring crap!. We all get that way!.

But just take small bites!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You personally have to take the initiative and have self motivation!. You could try the method of rewarding youself for accomplishing your goals!. It's honestly your mind setWww@Answer-Health@Com
