Question: Scared of small spaces Claustrophobia!?

I think I'm going to get stuck and die!. I can't sleep with my bedroom door closed all the way!. When I wa younger I got locked in a room & could not get out!. I think that's where my fear comes from!. How do treat this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
