Weird feeling - can you figure out what this is?!

Question: Weird feeling - can you figure out what this is!?
I've been getting this really strange feeling, and it doesn't come very often, like once every two-three months!. It only lasts about five seconds or less, where I either (1) go completely apathetic and all my emotions and thoughts are gone and a shudder kind of goes through my body, or (2) have a bunch of different emotions hit me at once, like anger and emptiness and sadness and longing all together!? The funny thing is, it happens the most when I'm doing nothing and just sorta staring into space/staring at something but not really seeing it!. So, any idea what this is!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

it sounds to me like anxiety!.!.!.it happens to me sometimes too, more often when i'm feeling more anxious overall with life!. the #2 situation happens to me mostly when i have too much caffeine and/or stress, if i let my brain relax like staring into space!.!.!. i've actually been getting that one a lot today because i'm going in for my first wax in 45 minutes (AHHHH) and all these emotions keep hitting me all at once!.!.!.fear, excitement, lack of control (once i'm there it's too late to back out lol), etc!.!.!.!.

i think too much about everything, including my thoughts!. and it sounds like you're the same way!. if you feel like it's something really serious you might want to see a psychiatrist but for the most part i think you should just try to not dwell on it when it happens and try to move on to something else!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe you have an anxiety disorder and this is how it's manifesting itself!. Maybe you're overwhelmed or have Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, so you're swinging between two polar opposites (apathy and showers of emotions)!. I have OCD and tend to see things in black and white, all or nothing terms sometimes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

a combo of bipolar I disorder, and absence seizures
(when your staring into space, I do it sometimes too)
or maybe you're just hyper like me! (ADHD, or ADD) :-PWww@Answer-Health@Com
