Good for you wanting to get out!! Depression is real!. Sometimes it is a chemical imbalance in your brain!. You not trying to make it go away, sometimes, will not correct that!. Please go see your Doctor!. Discuss this!. If you don't like that Dr!., find another one you like!. Sorry about your not being able to conceive!. That is probably part of your depression!. I never conceived, either!. But guess what!? I met my husband when I was 33 yrs old!.!.!.!.and he had 2 beautiful girls, 5 and 9!. They are the light of my life!. They are adults now and very successful!. We paid for their college and they are very close to us!. They are my girls and I love them so much!. You never know till later where your life with take you!. Take care of yourself!. No one else will!. Best of luck!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes you can have good days and bad days - are you really depressed or just a bit miserable - have you seen a doc that can help you!. if it is depression this sometimes has a physical cause such as low thyroid function so you need to really see a professional to get a diagnosis!.

I think western society seem to view being happy as their right - who says we have to be happy all the time - is it even possible!? the never ending quest for happiness usually leads to misery!. accept that life is not always a bed of roses and if you feel miserable sometimes then accept that that's how you feel!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yeh, I suffer from depression and it can get really bad sometimes, I find I can have really good days and I feel a lot better in myself when I have more in a row, usually though a bad day after a good day is really bad for me when its time to come down but I've never got help for my depression, I'm 17 now and I know myself I've been unhappy since I was about 12 but I'm tackling one day at a time and hoping one day I'll be 'better'!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

With depression there is often a rising and falling of mood -- sometimes without an apparent trigger to the change in mood!. Therapies for depression, both medical and alternative, generally try to make the "lows" not as deep as they previously have been!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
