Crazy thoughts?!


Question: Crazy thoughts!?
i dropped out of school in 7th grade because of something that happened to me!. and im 18 now so i've been doing nothing for 3 years ( almost 4 now) all i do is sit home all day and no nothing, because i dont got any thing else to do!. so its just me and my thoughts and all this time alone my thoughts started to get to me and now i have created all these stupid phobias and fears, like i will find something fun to do and im so happy because about it because i never have anything to do so!. im thinking what if i didnt enjoy this and i keep repeating that in my mind, then i dont get to enjoy myself cuz of these thoughts!. and this is with ALL things now like music, movies, even tastes of foods!. it's so stupid!. and im going on vacation soon and im really screwed now!. i dont know what do toWww@Answer-Health@Com

You know Adam a person has to work at being happy!.!.!.!. when you feel those thoughts starting to invade your mind try going outside for a short walk to take your mind of what you were doing for a bit until the thought subsides!. As far as staying home all the time is there some reason why you have to!? You have to learn to fight in life for the things you want!. no matter how big or small they might be!. I had a absolutely terrible life as a child, I dropped out of school when I was 15 and now am disabled and have to stay at home most of the time!. You have to stop your mind from this learned thought pattern you have taught yourself!. Interrupt it no matter what you do even try a hot bath ANYTHING to stop the thoughts then go back to doing what you were before the thoughts consumed you!. Then you need to go to therapy and find out why you feel the way you do get to the root of the problem so it will no longer be a problem!. Then maybe you can get a job and meet people and have friends and not stay home all the time!. Start changing the way you think about things!. When your thoughts start turning negative and "what if I don't really like this" stuff, stop yourself and tell yourself you DO like it! You are talking yourself into not liking something, so just talk yourself INTO liking it !Www@Answer-Health@Com

Then that means you have to go out more and have fun!. Staying home and doing nothing will drive everyone insane and make you think these thoughts and come up with these fears!.!.!.try to go back to school or start college!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like you have major anxiety issues!. Anxiety and phobias go hand in hand, and can be treated!. See a Dr!. and live your life!Www@Answer-Health@Com

enjoy life!.!.it goes by too fast!.!.do things that seem like fun for you (even its just something silly as going for a walk in the neighborhood)--if you're afraid of people or if anyone will see you--wear a hat and sunglasses or dye your hair a funky color!.!.bring headphones and listen to your favorite music!.!.!.don't care about what people think!.!.start off slow doing things that make you happy!.!.even just maybe driving somewhere to watch the sunset or going to the park!. life is what you make of it!. believe in yourself!.!.!.relax!.!.!.!.EXERCISE!.!.go for a jog/bike ride!.!. and most importantly!.!.STOP THINKING TOO MUCH ABOUT THINGS AND JUST DO!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
