How do I make the anger go away?!


Question: How do I make the anger go away!?
I get so frustrated with the little things!. Just a short list
- People who wait 5 min for a parking space because they don't want to walk 30 feet
- Going into a shopping mart and having people either go backwards with their carts and not even bother looking or look sideways while continuing to look forward
- Having conversations with people who have the IQ of a flea
-Getting stuck behind someone in traffic who likes to brake every 2 seconds
- Coming onto Yahoo Answers and seeing poor grammar!.
I realize I am far from perfect!. I realize I am being judgmental!. I don't like how this makes me feel inside!. I used to be a very passive person back in the day!. One you could step on!. Now I speak my mind!. I am not politically correct!. I don't care if I offend someone!. I don't tolerate BS!. I am very abrasive and I have very little faith in humanity!. I realize if I don't do anything about this it will eat me alive!. Does anyone experience with this!?Self talk has not worked!? I am very angryWww@Answer-Health@Com

I understand about getting frustrated, I get angry too, especally about the little things exactly as you have them listed!. But, I do feel that if you are trying self talk and it has not worked, you are not listening to yourself very well!. Ask yourself what is going on - and listen!. People are going to be stupid (we all are guilty of that - me included) and annoy other people for whatever reasons BUT you need to work on developing frustration tolerance and acceptance!. Angry people are hard to be around and difficult to be friends with!. Being angry all the time is only hurting yourself, something is really bugging you from what it sounds like, have you asked yourself the hard questions on why and how you got so angry!? Try this - make a note of what things really irritate you and write down a one word answer as to why for each thing!. I have found for situations that really come up for me and are a constant annoyance to me are those situations that I must challenge myself to focus on and work out!. It is pretty satisfying to not be reactive when people do something stupid and you go "oh well" and just laugh at it or think about something else using your energy for something positive!. Sometimes I make little stories up about jerky people or recite limericks about them when they upset me to myself and that makes me laugh and it mentally changes my thinking off of them!. Meditation is very helpful too helping you become more calm with yourself, thus less of an anger ball!. I hope these suggestions help you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Perhaps it is more than regular anger!. Have you seen a doctor!? I used to be extraordinarily angry, then a doctor put me on a little pill and I have more patience, I'm much more pleasant to be around and I'm still the fiery me that I've always been, just not so easy to piss me off!. Actually yes I am kinda the same way i get very mad over really dumb things!. I am in anger management and its really helpful i would suggest trying it and if you dont like dont do it!. But i do reccomend you try itWww@Answer-Health@Com

By having happy thoughts no matter how bad your surroundings maybe!.Only think positive thoughts and get rid of the negative thoughts that you have!. This way you'll find yourself being light inside!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
