Question: Help, How can I change my self, I am so depresed!?!?
I think I am nice man, always helpful when asked, I rush to help people, When my friends are sad I try to be funny but inside I have so many problems too!. I always get the opposite from peple!. With my gf I have to always make the first move , she never hugs me or hold my hand first!. I have to always do the 1 step!. I try now to stp doing the first step, no one calls me, like I dont exist!. No one apreciate me or my help, I am really tired & depressed!. I feel staying on my own and not see people!. But I like to be social!. Now I gained so much weight, i used to do sports a lot , I stoped, I wanna sleep, I am hooked to my laptop and internet!. I am soooo tired of myself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ok first of all this is what you need to do :Love yourself !! yes love yourself first ! Then love people around you , i was the very same way and trust me on this it's not worth it ! Don't let your life goes by just because you think you can't live without people noticing you ! Yes you can !! Don't be needy ! change your ways ! and for the better !!! Life is too short and beautiful to live it like this ! Everything in life has a solution except death !! Yes death ! When you die that's it nothing can be done ! But you are alive ! Don't let others decide your faith ! I use to feel the same way oh i am the one always calling , oh if i don't call they won't call ,then you know what !? i just stop calling !! Why would i want to have people that doesn't give a damn about me in my life!? no!! True friendship is not one way thing ! yes that's right! A real relationship is not a one person thing ! I might sound harsh but think about it this way ok , There so many girls out there that would wish to have such a sweet guy ,holding her hand and give her hugs without her having to complain , well if your girl is taking those for granted then stop it ! You just try 1 month like this ,do it as experiment ,get back to the gym,eat better, read a nice book, go to the movies alone ,take a walk ,find a new hobby ,never ever expect anything back from no one , cause u might get disapointed , that is how i am , i just help and be the best i can be without expecting anything ! And always be positive ! Don't allow bad energy in your life ! Love yourself ! and be happy ! Just be happy ! Wake up and clean your room, change the furniture ! Trow away what you don't need ! You might have some things you had to do , but never did cause you were to busy being there for friends or family that r too selfish to notice you !.well now is time to do them ! Just love yourself first and then love everybody else ! cause nobody will ever love you more then yourself My little bro did the same ! And now he is glowing ! and everybody is just noticing the new him ! and is so positive on things , brings luck to him ! NEVER EVER SAY YOU ARE TO TIRED OF YOURSELF ! See a doctor and get help for your depression!. Once you get treated for depression every thing else will start to I'mprove!. I had the same issues as you !.Now im better and more active!. I even lost 20 pounds!. So get help for your depression and things will get better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I feel depressed all the time cuz over chris brown and others tellin me stuff i don't like theres nothing really you can do Teens may be depressed over lots of things about their life or losing a job or feeling worthlessWww@Answer-Health@Com

working out sometimes helps boost self esteem and keeps your mind off things, you can give that a try!?

take steps!. talk to your girlfriend, she needs to know how you feel!. if she loves you she will be there for you!. then get out, go for a walk!. really walking can relieve so much stress!. but walk by yourself, and try not to think!. usually walking where there are lots of trees!. maybe a park!? and then do something for yourself!. like try doing something a girl would do, it doesnt mean your gay but it is SOrelaxing!and feels good!. go to a spa, get a pedicure and or manicure and a massage!. if money is a problem ask your gf if she can simply give you a massage!. then calll your closest friends and tell them youve been feeling a little distant, and say lets hangout!. go out to a bar or if you dont drink go cosmic bowling or to a movie and out to eat!.!.!.remember JUST the guys! NO GIRLFRIENDS!. And the reason oyur girlfriend isnt making the first move maybe she feels like your just not romantic enough!? no offense!. try planning something special for the 2 of you!. like go out to a movie and a romantic dinner(NOT MCDONALDS!) then when you come home have her take a relaxing bath, light some candles in the bedroom and throw some rose petals on the bed!. give eachother massages and then just make love to her and let her know you love her!. another thing that can relieve some stress and help you get through the day and help you lose weight, workout right when you wake up!. DONT BE LAZY! just do it, make it fun!. go for a bike ride or a 20 to 30 minute walk!. take your dog for a walk!. dont just go straight to a doctor!. try these things seriously!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
