How do I stop feeling down?!


Question: How do I stop feeling down!?

Hi I've been feeling a bit down lately I'm not sure why, I think it has something to do with leaving college and seeing my friends all go their different ways and take off into the skies!. I feel left behind!.

The main thing that concerns me right now is my lack of enthausiam for almost everything!. It's making me feel exhausted I sleep hours a day after getting home from work!. It just seems sometimes like being asleep is the only way to take you mind off of things fully because it's as if you go some place else!.

I don't think I'm depressed!. Just a little teary now and then!. What can I do!?

I definitely know how you feel!. I am in graduate school and all of my friends graduated and started working (and I stayed and went back to school)!. It can feel very lonely at times!.

I think the most important thing you can do is be creative and do fun things for yourself!. Go for a long drive with the windows down and blare your favorite angry music!. Go eat ice cream and don't even think about calories!.

Go shopping and pick out something you feel good in!.

Sometimes we get into these routines that are extremely routine and monotonous and we need a little variety in our lives!.

I love traveling and sometimes I'll just get into my car and explore roads I've never been on before!.!.!.

Some phycologist call this SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder)!. every year 6 out of 100 (6%) teenagers feel like this!. (so do i) usally after school terms like summer and winter!.!. Its because of your hormone that causes you to think such of a thing!.!.!. If you do read this it will help!.!.!. cause knowing what causes you being sad will help you!.!.!. It helped me !.!.!.!.

But if your talking about be really down and teary, than I think u might need to wake up and start to do something better in life than just sleeping!.

How about catching up with some friends after work and just chill and have a talk!. Its better than just being alone all by yourself!.

Best way is to go out and walk or exercise!. Socialize!.

I feel that way these days!. Lost my job, am looking but have been told I am "too senior"!. I stay active, do things around the house, and hope to get a job soon!.

Check whether it is hormonal!. Vitamin B6 helps smooths out periods!. Also check whether it is anemia!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i think going to a spa to get a massage might help or going to a nice,relaxing, and quiet place far away from the city to have a retreat might also work!. you can also try doing yoga!. all of them worked for me maybe it'll work for you too!.
