I have those a lot, then again I have nightmares several times a week!. I've also had ones where when I did get back to sleep they either started from the beginning or picked up where I woke up :(Www@Answer-Health@Com
I get up and drink water and wash my face to change my mood before I go back to sleep your mind can really mess with you, don't eat a lot before you go to bed it may help I ate garlic bread the other day and had really scary dreams I blame the foodWww@Answer-Health@Com

yep, had a dream I went to HELL and Satan had one tight grip on me!. I woke myself up with a scream and it seemed he was standing at the foot of my bed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
