Answers:
Have you tried dialectical behavior therapy!? This therapy has been shown effective for borderline personality, suicide ideation, and mood disturbance disorders!.
The general concepts of the therapy are:
Mindfulness: becoming aware of your behavior (very consciously aware)
Interpersonal skills: Coping with conflict and assertiveness
Distress Tolerance: Being not judgmental and evaluating pros/cons of situations
Emotional regulation: Identifying/labeling intrusive emotions
If you feel this might help you, I would absolutely recommend and suggest it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think the next step is to find out for yourself what is causing your mental anguish!. It could relate to past incidences or possibly an undiagnosed behavioral condition!. Your therapy wasnt really good or otherwise they would have known exactly what is wrong with you!. Write down in a list all the possible things and memories and thoughts that could be causing it!.
You will find that you know more about yourself than any therapist on the planet: what is causing your pain and what exactly do you need!.
Then you can find real therapists that can help you and be able to address your needs and problems exactly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
