I should not drink so much, I know, but one drink became too many and I was dancing along the street, singing loudly, talking complete nonsense to random people!. I'm now thinking are they all thinking about me and how terrible my behaviour was!? I can think now of them all thinking about me in disgust!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

next time you tempted to drink like there is no tomorrow, think about the feeling you got when you realised you made your name ***!. Don't down your drink, use More mix and now and then drink a large glass of water!. You know the saying don't poo in front of your own door!. Don't get waisted where people now you or know about you!. People unfortunately don't forget drunken idiots!. I stopped drinking 3years ago and people still judge me about drunken days!. C that is the thing about humans, they have to judge others to feel better about their perfect lives!. anything that stands out they will cling to!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just make a committment to never act that way again!. Either quit drinking completely or limit yourself to one or two drinks per day!. Completely quitting would be a lot easier because some people have difficulty limiting themselves to just one or two drinks!.

However, what you did was not that bad!. However, that does not mean to do something like that again because it obviously caused you great embarassment!.

Chances are you are thinking about the incident 100 times more than the people that witnessed it!. A lot of people have done similar things while drunk!. You did not cause anyone harm!. Be happy because next time you could be arrested for disorderly conduct or public drunkenness!. However, chances are some people at least found it funny rather than disturbing!.

The only way to prohibit things like this from occuring is to stop getting drink!. I recommend to completely abstain but if you are extremely careful you can try only having a drink or two!.

Good luck! God it's not the end of the world! So you sang in the street, big deal! You didn't get arrested or harm anyone!. Take this as a blessing!. It could be a wake up call to not ever drinking again because next time you could be arrested!.

Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

having worked in pubs and clubs for ten years i can assure you thats very normal, ive seen everthing! peoples states of drunkeness were so bad that they couldnt even control there bladder! it sounds to me like you had alot of fun and walked home a bit tipsy,i cant remember how many times ive walked home singing and making new best friends on the way!.
As for other peoples looks of disgust dont worry about it,they all have drunken moments of there own where they made a twit of themselves they just dont tell anyone!.No one has got the right to judge you because you wernt bothering or harassing anyone and you didnt harm anybody, perhaps you should get a cab next time instead!? just give your liver a good rest for today and drink a little less next timeWww@Answer-Health@Com

as long as you dont know the people you were talking to its fine! and just think, if you see them again its a great way to start a conversation with new people

for example - "oh my god, wernt you the person who was dancing down the road"

"yer sorry about that i was soooo drunk that night, im so embarassed!!.!.!.!.!.!."

see, it wont be all that bad, and if it is, just hide under your duvet for a couple of weeks until everyone forgets about it!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Man, everyone gets drunk and does stupid things!. If your friends judge you because of those times, they suck as friends!.

Plus, they probably don't think anything terrible about you!.!.!. you are probably mirroring your idea of yourself onto other people-- you feel terrible about yourself, so you assume other people feel terrible too!. Relax! It's not a big deal!. It could be much much worse!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

dude - we all do stupid stuff when were drunk!. let the shame be felt but dont hang on it, remember it wasnt your fault you did that crazy stuff, it was the alcohols fault!. not yours!.
and you said they were random people, theyve probly forgotten about it, or jus remember "that random drunk guy" so its ok, you probaly wont see them again!. if you do, or it turns out they no someone you now blah blah then use the quick and easy escape - denial! worked for me in the past!.
try not to be too paranoid about it, remeber to blame it on the alcohol! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

HAHAHA, i know what you mean!.

first of all, you said "random people"

not like you will see them anyway, or that they'll recognize you!.!. (unless you live in the middle of Alabama in a small little town)

then who cares!?!

now the real question is

how do you cope with the hangover!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

i personally would wake up and think ha what a night!. and if i saw those people and they said anything to me id just be like, yeah i was wasted last night sorry if i did anything embarrassing!. its not like youre the first drunk on the planetWww@Answer-Health@Com

Well, I think that you shouldn't care much about the past because you cannot change anything!. The most important thing you should do now is learn by heart the lesson: don't drink too much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

We have all done this at some time in our lives!. Try and remember the lesson you have just learned the next time you go out for a drink!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Now the best thing you can do is leave that behind and stop drinking from now on!. I'd be embarrassed too!.

Take care and best of luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
