After reading your question , I feel that you have a hard time managing your anger and have a hard time expressing it in a healthy way!. You need to find some method to get rid of that anger like exercising, doing housework ,anything that might help relieve it!. If you keep it inside and don't express it you are not helping yourself!. It is not a good idea to hold your emotions in!. I would suggest that you need to check into anger management class and also talk to your doctor if you still have concerns!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That doesn't sound like social phobia!. It sounds like anger management!. If you want to let it out, you need to find a healthy way to do so!. Such as exercising or some relieving fashion!. I say exercising because I know that is one of the ways I release anxiety, stress and anger in my life and it is very effective!. You have to find a healthy outlet because the last thing you want to do is "explode" on people because they're not going to want to hang out with you again!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

u need a good (experienced/professional) someone,such as, a doctor/counselor/therapist; but if u can't,
self-talk/write/record/email to yourself so u or someone can recall/diagnose certain events at later time!.

start workin' out: biking, walking, swimming, tennis, etc!. since it helps improving memories and overall physical health!.

make a plan doing something fun or creative yet healthy, including #4 along with hobby (making carfts, polishing things, drawing, doodling with PhotoShop, listening to music, playing guitar, and so on!.)

enjoy life - take one thing at a time!. don't over think/stress out even when things seem out of whack!. make a habit of good practice of thinking: dwell on negative things would only fill your head with negative thoughts!. hence,

slowly making/adabting changes but don't rush into any big decisions when u r feeling down!. meanwhile,

think positive and more happy thoughts when u feel u can't think anymore!. that's the only way making your (angry/anxiety) health a better outlook!.

others can help you as well!. but when they're not around, you are facing yourself!. eventually, get hook on something make u happy inside out, beginning w/positive thinkings!. train your body for good changes!. be strong and better than strong!!!

take care!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Find a therapist that your gut says isn't a flake and is someone you can grow to trust!. Then, work out your anger issues!. You are describing something other than social anxiety!. It's deep seated anger of some sort, and since you haven't figured out what it's about, it's time to bring in someone to help!. Just masking or ignoring isn't going to make it go away!. I suspect you've already tried that route, but thought I'd throw it out there anyway!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Did something happen to you that you haven't dealt with!?Are you angry not at everyone but perhaps at yourself!?Do you feel as if you dont measure up to other peoples expectations!?Then maybe so!.Go talk to a counselor;it helps to get someone elses perspective on somethings!.Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

When your angry listen to some music which makes you feel happy!. Or watch t!.v!. or do anything that makes you happy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
