I'm stumped a little because you seem in very good shape!. but alot of what you are describing I go through my self whether it is just "luck" or what anyways I have had a anxiety disorder since I was 14 and have just been diagnosed with narcalepsy!. I do the same thing with the sleep spells every other day to every day just being up a couple of hours!. But I remember my anxiety seemed to wear me out like that too, but the difference with anxiety is you usually have a hard time breathing slitly!. It feels like a tightning in you chest and/or throat!. If I was you either way I would go to the doctors jst to be checked, because they canput all of the puzzle pieces to gether and tell you what it is for sure!. good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

i think you may be wearing yourself out try bicycling one day and work out the other you could have a bit of depression go talk to your doctor and tell him how yu feel and will be able to help you if you dot want that try talking to a friend and tell some one how you feel and this may helpWww@Answer-Health@Com

You may want to participate in a sleep study!.!.!. (covered by most insurances!.) Basically, you arrive at a place that has a bunch of small hotel-like rooms and you sleep while attached to a recorder that monitors you all night (brain waves, heart rate, breathing rate, etc!.) On-staff nurses set it up & ensure you are comfortable!. It was a little weird at first, but then you doze off as normal & they give you a full report in a few days!.

If you have a sleeping disorder, it won't matter how many hours you rest or workout - you'll still feel tired all the time!. The good news is most conditions (apnea, snoring, etc!.) can be fully resolved once identified!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

good job on staying in shape!
just keep in mind that i became depressed when i became exessive with my exersize!.!.!.make sure this is not a factor
but if not there are other things it could be

i have found that with weight training extra sleep is needed!. i am not sure excacly why but i think its the muscle rebuilding
anyway try to get the extra sleep if you can

as far as the depression/anxiety
well i think you just have to find something your really pasionate about or have fun with
for me its exersize and boys
lol
but maybe try to find someone!?
i don't know - just try to find something that will make you happy!.

if this does not work
then yes go see a doctor
living in pain is the most horrible thing

i hope it all works out for you!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
