Go out more and try to meet new people or meet some of your friends, friends!. Im 16 and I have been shy since I can remember!. Putting yourself in a position to talk to new people is challenging but it works and I am slowly trying to get out of my shyness!. I get shy around girls and I don't have a problem once I meet them but I have a hard time talking to them!. I haven't had a girlfriend because I can never get the courage to ask!. It doesn't happen over night and I usually meet people when they introduce themselves to me but now Im working on starting conversations and meeting new poeple on my own!. So far its working but it does take time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

there are some classes, there is one expensive one that i know it helps some ppl i seen that went there, they go from shy to either talkactive or just regular social, its a modeling and acting class but it helps, you should try it, the school is called barbizon, dont go to the IMTA though if you do sign up, one of my exes was shy, and emo too, now shes talkactive and preppy, the school changed her, thats the only reason why i went out with her, she was weird before, after she turned into this popular girl, she asked me if she should go to los angeles for like a convention its a rip off so dont go if you get into the school, which you should, there are auditions and you need to pay like 2000 dollars, also you can just give a key to a friend and stay in a mall until someone talks to youWww@Answer-Health@Com
