i think it depends more on how it affects ur life!.!.!.cuz people can have different severities of that disorder!.!.!.for example
i have bpd and so does my friend!.!.!.but i am considered disabled b/c it impacts my life imensly and i can barely fuction at times!.!.!.whereas my friend has dificulty but can still go about life!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
