Strange things while sleeping?!
Question: Strange things while sleeping!?
ok, so on and off for a while I've been waking up with what I believe to be sleep paralysis!. It happens like twice a year, for at least the last 5 years!. It hasn't been a big deal, until recently!. Last year I woke up and couldn't move, except I had this feeling like i was so scared, like i wanted to scream!. I tried to scream, but nothing came out, and I couldn't move!. Eventually, I could move and the feeling of fright went away!. The next time it happened, it was the same thing!. So, it happened again just now (its 430 in the morning here) except it wasn't just the feeling of being afraid!.!.!. it also felt like there was someone sitting on my chest, strangleing me!. I felt like i couldn't breath, and I couldn't move to fight the invisible force!. I'm really freaked out right now!. The feeling of being strangled lasted longer than my inability to move, so I tried to push the nonexistant person off me for a while!. my husband thinks I'm crazy!.

Happens to me alot I find it easy to try to focus on moving my arm because usually once you move the sensation disappears instantly!. From my experience i know its not sleep paralysis because I'm fully awake and i have seen things moving around in my room while i cant move!.I cant explain what it is if anything i think it could just be a bad spirit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Are you going through something stressfull right now!?
At work or at home, Stress can do this plus it can bring on anxiety issues!. Youre not crazy!. Maybe you need some relaxation techniques to use prior to going to bed!.
Talk to your Dr re this!. It may be stress or anxiety that is doing it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i use to have the same thing!. I always try to scream but nothing comes out and i can see everything in my room!. And the chest thing!.!. god that is scary!. When that happens to me i always think there a spirit doing this stuff to me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Are you a christian!? If so, I'd say pray!. If I were in your situation, thats what I would do!. idk what else to tell you!. A friend of mine had that problem several times, and was freaked out, and that worked for her, so yeah!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
