Can someone please help me?!?!


Question: Can someone please help me!?!!?
ok well im 13!. i get scared very easily!. a lot of times at night i dont sleep because i get so scared!. so i endup sleeping in the morning at about 8 am whenever its briight!. if i do sleep its with a light on, a nightlight*rarely*, or the tv on!. i feel like someones watching me or someones in my closet or under my bed!. i feel very childlike to think that but i do!. if im just sitting in my room watching tv or someting i constantly look behind and around me!. like right now i keep turning around!. we have an alarm at my house but that doesnt make me feel much better!. my dog sleeps in my room and that makes me feel a little better because he is very protective and barks at everything he hears but whenever hes not in my room i totally freak out!.
i REALLY need help and answers to my problem here!. so can someone please tell me what i should do about this!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You may have an anxiety disorder, please talk to your mom about this!. There are different ways of dealing with it: a doctor can prescribe pills to help you, and or you could take yoga classes to help you calm your nerves!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Na but in all seriousness, just look in the closet to see nothing is there, you have to overcome youre fears,
and dont watch those scary movies girl,

once you should stay up all night, dont watch tv, dont do anything, but sit in the silence!. Learn about night, observe and hopefully enjoy it!. Focus on the night and dont try to distract yourself!. Once you have observed what night truly is you wont fear it any longerWww@Answer-Health@Com

Well first, try to stop worrying about being alone and something happening, I used to be like you too!. I don't see a problem with having a t!.v!. on (I do too)!.But to make you feel better, try to think of things you're looking forward to or about happy things!. If you can't, think about what if someone was really watching you, they wouldn't be able to hurt you, I'm sure your parents are just a couple steps away (mine are downstairs)!. Try to keep an interesting book next to you to pickup and read when you become frightened, If you are really scared, before you go to bed, and it's still light out do a monsters check under your bed, and close your closet door!. It'll also help to have your bed pushed against a wall, nothing can get behind you that way!.
