I think I'm too nice...is there something wrong with me?!

Question: I think I'm too nice!.!.!.is there something wrong with me!?
I think there is something wrong with me!.!.!.
1!. I rarely get angry!.!.!.even if I get really really angry, I tend to choose the nicest words to use still so I wouldnt be offending anybody!.
2!. Some people have done me wrong, and typically for others, esp if the scenario happened is still fresh, they tend to ignore that person but to me, the more I would want to speak to that person!.
3!. There are very few people that have offended my whole existence, like my X boyfriend!. He has done me so many bad things but I tend to help him out still with anything!.
4!. I'm the only girl in the family, so I'm kind of spoiled!. But once people tell me that I'm a spoiled brat, I would tend to make efforts to humble myself and even stoop down to there level!.
5!. I always worry about other's problem and sometimes wish that it would just happen to me instead of them struggling!.

There is something wrong alright!.!.!.am I too nice, too narcissist or too possessive!?

I would appreciate your thoughts about this!. Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

We should help others and try to make them happy!. Give for the pleasure of giving!. But, the need to please others at all cost at all times, and be everything to everyone are actions of a desperate person!. People pleasers are desperate people!. Compulsive pleasing is different from an altruistic desire!. Such a compulsion has serious physical and emotional consequences in the long term

The compulsion to please others is maintained by various "musts" and "shoulds" related to others:
"I must always do what others want of me!."
"I must always put others before me!."
"I must never say "No" to anyone"

Here are a few examples of "shoulds" that the people pleaser expects of others:
"They should always like me because I try so hard to please them!."
"They should never criticize me because I always try to live up to their expectations!."
"They should never treat me unfairly because I am always so nice to them!."

The trouble with being too nice all the time is that you can't be yourself at any time!. When you can't be yourself, at least, for majority of the time, the psychological and physical tension can wear you out!.

Do something to please you for a change!. Take time for yourselfWww@Answer-Health@Com
